Mérjünk ki neki egy-egy deci hajdina- és kukoricalisztet, adjunk hozzá egy csipet sót és egy késhegynyi guargumit. Ezt keverje össze a lurkó, aztán próbálja minél simábbra keverni két és fél - max. három deci rizstejjel. Közben válasszunk szét tökéletesen két tojást, a sárgájukat adjuk a tésztához. Süssük ki a hagyományos módon a palacsintákat.
